This is a full-bodied rich gin liqueur, using locally sourced and organic ingredients. It is a journey from aniseed through lemongrass to a delightful burnt caramel finish that is best enjoyed neat over ice. Also drinks superbly sweeter gin and tonic.

Amphitrite in Greek mythology is the goddess of the sea, wife of the god Poseidon, and one of the 50 (or 100) daughters (the Nereids) of Nereus and Doris (the daughter of Oceanus). Poseidon chose Amphitrite from among her sisters as the Nereids performed a dance on the isle of Naxos.
Amphitrite adorns the 1936 postal stamp released by Australia Post depicting her supporting cables over the ocean to commemorate the opening of the submarine telephone cable from Apollo Bay to Stanley in Tasmania.
