Navy Gin

Our Navy gin was created for our gin enthusiasts. We use the same ingredients as our classic dry, but a whole lot more of them so the bold savoury flavours shine through with that double juniper hit. Perfect neat, or mixed.

Primary Botanicals:
Juniper, Fennel, Pepper berry

Secondary Botanicals:
Cinnamon, Cardamom, Orange

Nose:
Great bright vibrant nose, solid botanical lineup

Palate:
Vibrant juniper, star anise vibrant palate, strawberry gum, very spicy. In line with the nose.

Finish:
Warming refreshing lovely smooth gin. Epic finish

Mediterranean Tonic
Martini
Negroni cocktail

Rosemary
Pepper berries
